The region around Feldkirch was a great place to go cycling and highly recommend it to others. There is a large cycle network that is well maintained and marked, there is great variety that suits both families looking for flat rides and mountain goats who love a good climb (we had both in our group).
What was really nice was the extensive cycle network that is well set out, with two main cycle routes that avoid main road (and in most cases, all roads), well signposted with intersecting routes having signs and also regular signs to let you know you are on the right path and plenty of interesting things on the way, from fields, river, lakes, villages, cafes and playgrounds. We were all catered to on our rides. It was also pleasant to see that there were places to drink on route and even a couple of bike service points.
I would highly recommend this region and I am sure we will be back as well to explore a little more.
