This year for our family holiday we decided to take the bikes and head up to sweden to go relaxing time in the countryside and do some cycling while we were there.

With two young children (2 years old and 6 months old) we use two bike trailers, one for each child. While both trailers can hold two children, our youngest can not yet sit up and so she needs her own that she can have her car seat in it. Thankfully the Nordic Cab Explorer allows us to put her maxi cosi into it and so she can enjoy the adventures as well.

We were staying a small fishing village called Torso in the south east of Swden and this area was great for cycling even in Septemberr. Although the weather was a little bit unpredictable they have a bunch of well marked cycling trails in the area that will keep you off the main roads and going down some great forest trails.
We were thankful our host had the local cycle map in the house but even without the map it was easy to follow the cycle routes.

The cycle routes took us through some nice forested areas and also on dedicated cycle paths next to main roads so there was no need to dhare main roads with the trafic. It was a really pleasant cycle experience that we highly recomend to others.

And here are the small trails we went on.

Enjoy cycling in sweden
