Extremely simple system against pedal kickback
Easily adjustable, low-maintenance, and lightweight: The new DF technology offers additional degrees of freedom, allowing you to fine-tune your bike's characteristics in even greater detail. The freehub system rotates to a specific point before engaging. This reduces the chain's impact on the rear suspension, allowing the suspension to act more freely. With this system, you can find the right setup for different terrains or bikes without any tools. And if you want to optimize your bike's kinematics, you have yet another degree of freedom at your disposal.

Compatible with Ratchet DEG
The new DF technology against pedal kickback is extremely simple in design. It can also be retrofitted to all Ratchet DEG freehub systems and is lighter than other solutions. Simply replace the threaded ring on the hub and the two toothed discs, and you have three different degrees of freedom available: 0°, 10°, and 20°.
eMTB Version
The new DF technology will soon be available for eMTBs as well. Due to the higher torques in this specific application, degrees of freedom of 0° or 10° will be available. The technology will be available with Ratchet DEG hybrid hubs with 60-tooth ratchets.
