Hydraulic Line Cutter

The hydraulic line cutter is a practical combination tool for the professional installation and shortening of hydraulic brake systems. It combines a precise line cutter with an integrated insertion tool for press-fit pin inserts. The tool is compatible with all common hydraulic lines up to an outer diameter of Ø5.5 mm. with the exception of steel-sheathed (steel-flexed) cables. Thanks to the clean cutting action, deformation of the line is effectively prevented, which significantly simplifies the subsequent installation of the support sleeve.

Important application, Maintenance and Safety Instructions:

CAUTION! Risk of injury: This tool has an extremely sharp blade. Always keep your fingers away from the cutting edge and store the tool out of reach of children.

Blade Maintenance: Keep the cutting blade dry. If necessary, a small amount of brake fluid can be applied to maintain and preserve the blade.

Blade Replacement: After replacing the blade, the retaining screw must not be tightened more than 1 Nm.
