The Quad Lock® Waterproof 12V to USB Smart Adapter comes with everything you need to power your Quad Lock® Weatherproof Inductive Charger Head from your motorcycle, boat, or caravan.
Multiple Switching StatesEasily switch the Smart Adapter between On, Off, and Auto. Use the On position when connecting the Smart Adapter to a constant 12V-24V power supply, such as the one on your boat or caravan.
Use the Auto function to keep the device off until the input voltage rises above 13.5V and turn it off when the input voltage drops below 12.5V. Perfect for preventing battery drain on your motorcycle, quad bike, etc.
Please note that using lithium batteries may interfere with the adapter's Auto function. For this type of batteries, we recommend using the On/Off switch to keep your battery charged.
Reverse Polarity Protection & Inline Safety FuseReverse polarity protection helps save your battery in the event that the ring terminal cables are connected to the incorrect battery terminals.
The inline 3A fast-blow fuse protects the battery from draining in rare cases of failure.
