Electrolyte mix for use during prolonged endurance activities, multi-day stages, and in hot weather. Two Salt Caps mixed with water are suitable as a calorie-free electrolyte drink for fasted training to modulate fat metabolism. Salt Caps can be combined with carbohydrates to create a homemade sports drink. Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions improve water absorption during physical activity and contribute to endurance performance. Zinc contributes to normal fatty acid metabolism.

Application
Take 1 serving per hour during prolonged physical activity in the heat with sufficient fluids (0.4-0.8 liters/hour). The sodium content of other drinks and foods consumed at the same time should be taken into account.
