WOO® Shape is an innovative product with the 3 macronutrients:

• 45 percent protein- 25 percent fats- 30 percent carbohydrates

This combination provides your body with very stable energy and can be used at any time.

MCT fats - When choosing the right fats in combination with carbohydrates and proteins, fats are considered a good source of energy. In WOO® Shape, MCT fats are used. MCT fats can pass through the intestinal mucosa unchanged and be transported directly into the bloodstream via the portal vein to the liver without passing through the lymphatic system. Furthermore, unlike other fatty acids, no protein transporter (carnitine) is required for transport to the mitochondria, the cells' energy powerhouses. MCT fats are therefore digested more easily and quickly.

Carbohydrates - For carbohydrates, potato starch is used, which helps maintain stable blood sugar levels and release energy over a longer period of time. Short-chain carbohydrates and sugar are deliberately avoided.
